There will be Maze firework festival in Gero city on 25th August.

This is the biggest festival around this area.

If you come to Takayama in your car  on the date,I recommend you to go there

An Antique Fair

An antique fair started in 1982.
Held on the first Sunday of the month from April to October.

 
Date:1st July (Sun). 
Time: 9:00-16:00
Place:Sanmachi street (5min from J-Hoppers)



The streets are temporarily closed to vehicles (called “pedestrians’ paradise”) and over 20 art dealers have stalls on the street.

You will enjoy looking at olden daily-life utensils while strolling down the streeｔ.

Hida Takayama ultra marathon

 Hida Takayama ultra marathon was held  in Takayama on 10th June　for the first time ever.

Hida Takayama ultra marathon

It had 72kms and 100kms courses.There were 1017 people running.

Some guests went in for the event.

There should be the marathon for next year as well.

Why don't you take a part in the event for next year.
